Overview

Ransei no Hasha ("Conquerer of Turbulent Times") is a strategy game set in the warring states period of Japan, also known as the Sengoku era. The player chooses a daimyo active during 1555 and attempts to take over the rest of Japan through warfare and diplomacy.

Ransei no Hasha is either a sequel to or a modified port of the SystemSoft PC98/Sharp X68000 strategy game Tenka Touitsu. Both games share a lot of visual elements in addition to the same setting and genre. The game is also heavily inspired by Koei's Nobunaga's Ambition franchise.
